What Uniqlo size should I buy if I am a UK 22?

Just that really, if I am UK size 22, what size should I be in Uniqlo sizing. Thanks!

Each garment's size chart gives the individual items measurements, so you can see if it will fit. I'm an 18 and vary between XL and XXL for tops, but have bought a M in an oversized item.
