SPF for scalp - non greasy?!

Does such a product exist? Tried and tested recommendations please ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜… I know many claim to be non greasy but arenโ€™t actually.

Last time I was abroad I managed to burn my scalp and it was quite painful so would like to avoid that happening again ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Iโ€™ve become more sensitive to the sun over the last few years and havenโ€™t been abroad since so trying to be prepared and more cautious for our family holiday coming up this year.

I will obviously wear a hat as much as I can but quite honestly, I cannot stand hats and they make me feel oddly claustrophobic ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿคฃ so I do like to have time without!

I have that one too

Aha, ever since my hair went silver my scalp has had a tendency to burn - never thought you could put SPF on it without hair going completely horrible. Will check this out, as I do have a good sun hat but if it's windy it's a real pain trying to keep it on.
Thanks for this discovery!

@Bucketwee @namechange0998776554799000 Thank you!! I had been looking at this one so glad to hear itโ€™s been tried and tested โ˜บ๏ธ Iโ€™ll give it a try and see how I get on โ˜บ๏ธ

@JustPlainStanfreyPock Itโ€™s frustrating isnโ€™t it?! I have a health condition that seems to have come with all kinds of side effects including sensitivity to sun ๐Ÿ™„ I did get a Hawaiian Tropic brush on powder sunscreen last year and was using that but I hate the pale power that it left on my hair.

I use the Garnier super uv 50+spf stick. Itโ€™s inexpensive, non greasy, and the stick format is perfect for the scalp, and facial touch ups during the day. Itโ€™s brilliant - they started making them a year or two ago and before that my parting would be burned every summer. I see now that other brands are making spf sticks too, like elf.

Another vote for ultrasun - itโ€™s superb and well worth the money
