Clarks shoes

I have struggled for years to find comfortable shoes that fit my wideish feet and have decided to return to Clarks which have worked sizewise in the distant past. Not bothered about fashion just need something with a very small heal that I can wear for work and walk comfortitanly in. Not trainers.

Any suggestions please?

I have wide feet too and I have started buying Fitflop shoes. Not much more expensive than Clarks these days and really comfortable.

Having said that I swear by Clarks Alda sandals in the summer which go with everything and are really comfortable as well (and about half price on Amazon!).

Sole Bliss if you can afford them. Clark’s wide are ok if you find a style you like. I tend to buy their loafers. Or try M&S: slim offerings but do the job.

I’ve had the havisham oak brogues before - I find them v comfortable, and I take the wide fit ones.

TBH there aren’t many styles available in wide fit - I just filtered on women’s wide fit, shoes, flat/low heel, and there are only 22 options to choose from.
I’d order a few promising options into store and try them on there, then return what doesn’t work in store too. Saves posting.

Brogues are absolutely hideous...sorry dont mean to be rude but they look like something Miss Jean Brodie would wear when she was past her prime.
Not very summery either.
Clarkes sizing can be off these days. Its better to go in and try things on.

Miss Jean Brodie in her prime is my goal 😁
