M&S outlet jeans sizing?

I am aware that the jeans sizing has M&S has changed. Does anyone know if the outlet ones are old or new stock as they have wide leg jeans for less than £28. The ones that I bought last year had a printed label in and the ones in the outlet have a sewn in label. TIA

Outlet stock is often not the same as regular stock. Someone else might have a definite answer.
