I remember the awkwardness of clothes growing up in the late 50s/60s. Young-teenage clothes as such didn't exist so we sort of morphed straight in to adult stuff - i remember the joy of discovering Mary Quant and Carnaby Street (very much an old teen by then)!

the media are speculation is about Eugenie third pregnancy. Looking at the pictures taken it's a fine bump.

Did we discuss Letizia's white ensemble earlier this week? I always like a boucle jacket and the white trousers are spot-on with length and width.

I don't think we did. Nice outfit - from Mango, a favourite. I'm glad that the trousers are a slightly narrower cut, they suit her. I'm never keen on breast pockets on a jacket, even fake ones, but I like bouclé as well, and the whole effect is cool and sharp.

Leti looks fabulous there - gorgeous white trouser outfit. Super stylish.

There was another Danish royal confirmation last week but it was far more low key than the twins'.

Marie looks nice in a Reiss dress and Athina's dress is very simple but pretty. Not sure if her brooch is new or a family heirloom. Great picture of her brothers holding her up!

I love Leti’s Mango suit. Mango channelling Chanel if you’ll excuse the pun. I particularly like her sling back two-tone pumps. I am envious of anyone who can wear sling backs as I find they just slide off my scrawny heels 😬😆

Athena looks lovely, great pictures. I like Marie's dress, very pretty. I used to like Reiss, then I thought the clothes went down in quality. That's nice, though, and very appropriate for the occasion.

I spotted that GD Stephanie was wearing my tiara at the Sweden party - the Luxembourg Aquamarine. I found this article about it - I'd originally assumed it was Princess Alexandra's, but it seems like the Lux's have a similar attitude to jewels as the Swedes, swapping them around amongst themselves. They didn't ask me if they could borrow it...

I have a couple of aquamarine rings and a pendant. It's int how they look different in colour in different lights just like water. They're my favourite stone.

I agree, but also think it's fairly sensible for the York princesses to keep a low profile for their own PR.
I would like them to continue to be involved at family events and think they will be. Charles seems fond of them both.
