Shoes for dresses

I am not a fashion follower. However, I have bought several different dresses for the spring/summer and ideally would like a universal shoe to go with them. I know people’s opinion of trainers with dresses are somewhat hit and miss from past threads, but I do have wide feet and occasionally sensory issues with shoes, so a bonus if they are trainer type shoes. Bonus points if they are not platform soles, I can’t drive in those 😅

anyone have any suggestions to help me out?

That’s a good question. Ideally, under £120 or so.

Lowish sling back. Dune have a good suede pair and M&S have some decent ones too. Theirs are much cheaper.

Im a real fan of onitsuka tiger, comfiest trainers I ever wore, but very neat on so work well with dresses. I know over budget, but in my opinion worth it. They are cushioned inside so it’s hidden and give a lot of support.
