Ideas for pretty flat beaded sandals for bohemian styling an awards night dress

Zara backless beaded dress

Hello,

I have an upcoming sports presentation evening and normally opt for a cocktail length dress but it’s so hard this time of year to find anything that isn’t more aimed at the floral wedding guest market, so in desperation bought this Zara number. I’m not as slim as the model but it looks ok. But because it’s floor length I don’t want to look over dressed so would like to wear it with some flat, beaded sandals. However nothing I’ve found is living up to the vision in my head (an old pair of sandals I used to have!) can anyone help?
I really don’t like the look of ones that are supposed to be “comfy” that have the slightly shaped, little bit thicker, brown soles. Ideally something flat and more boho than blingy, the ones I used to have were subtlety beaded with some slightly silver seed bead size ones, so not opposed to metallic, but not the whole sandal probably. I’ve got a couple of weeks!

Thank you both. Sezane ones look lovely, but I think I’m after a little more embellishment, and maybe slightly cheaper. I will have a look through the site tho as it’s definitely not glitzy I want so the subtlety may be better. The accessorize ones are probably the closest so far to watch I imagined, tho maybe not so bright.

The ones you shared are both brilliant, thank you. Particularly the second pair. The little beads in the dress are silver so I’d been trying to find similar to that pair but with silver accents but they just don’t seem to exist, and I think I prefer the gold on a sandal anyway.

Thank you for the last few suggestions, some good finds, just not quite right. I’m definitely going to have another look at the new look and sezane ones as the closest options, and the accessorize ones. Not quite in the full sandal shopping season yet I don’t think.

Can't help with the shoes but I love that dress! What bra will you be wearing with it or can you go braless?

I am small of boob so can go braless, but it then does gape a little at the sides, not so you can see anything but just a bit out of shape as I’ve not filled the cup so I have ordered a stick on bra thing to see if it helps with shape and filler!

That's a good idea. Boob tape might help with the gaping also.
