Hi all, looking for a bit of advice (and maybe a confidence boost!).
I’m mid-30s and feeling a bit stuck in a rut with how I look and feel. I’ve got a holiday abroad in 5 weeks and guest at a wedding in 10 weeks. The thought of wearing dresses makes me feel sick! I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror at the moment. This year was supposed to be my year to focus on myself.... and we are in April and well it's no happened at all! I am desperate to start making changes.
Any advice for weight loss? Not focusing too much on numbers in the short term. I just need to feel healthier and less bloated before my holiday, and my long term aim is for decent weight loss.
Also, advice for improving skin so I look a bit more fresh/glowy (I currently look tired all the time)
I’ve got kids and a busy life so I need things that are manageable and not too time-consuming or expensive
Looking for advice on any small changes that have made a big impact?
