Has anyone found a Beautiful Betsy topper thinner than expected?

Hitting 50 I’ve noticed some hair loss on top, so decided to get a Beautiful Betsy topper to give me more confidence.
It came this week and I don’t know if the lack of hair on top is normal, or if I’ve been unlucky?
It’s also got a grey hair in the back… 🤦🏻‍♀️

I wear toppers and have done for around 4 years. That doesn’t look right at all! The only thinning I’ve ever had was a spot by the part line when my topper was over 2 years old. I mean, I know you can get lower density toppers, but that looks a bit patchy?

Yeah, that’s what I thought. The patchy areas on the topper are the ones I want to hide on my head. 😩
It’s their cheapest one at £245, but that’s still a lot of money, and I still expected more hair on the top part?
I’ve emailed them to ask and start a return, but wondered if I was being unreasonable.

Where do you get yours, out of interest?

I’ve taken a pic of the top of mine to show you. As you can see, full coverage. Even toppers with smaller bases (mine is an 8 x 8 inch base) that I’ve seen still have coverage at the part line because that’s where hair naturally thins. I use Perfect Fringe, spenny definitely, but worth every penny in my opinion because of the confidence it’s given me. I lost a lot of my hair due to medication I take for a condition and i feel so much better about my appearance wearing my topper. The hair is such lovely quality, it styles like a dream and makes me feel good. I really hope you get it sorted and find your ideal piece op :-)
