In search of a halterneck swimsuit or tankini

If anyone has seen anything colourful - not black or white - with thick straps that tie in a bow at the nape of the neck, please let me know.

I am size 12, need a bit of padding and nothing spaghetti thin-straps or bandeau-style.

Ha ha! I'm in search of a non-halterneck bikini to contain my saggy boobs, and all I see everywhere are bloomin' halternecks. Perhaps we should go shopping for each other 😆

i bet Boden has some good ones for you but they are very expensive. Have you looked at Seafolly? I think they are a good swimwear brand.

Try For Luna they have halternecks and are v flattering on.

Seafolly are a bit too fancy for me, I need something plain - Boden might well have something, hadn't thought of them (Mumsnet sin I know) - thanks for the idea!

I always recommend them but Joules jasmine swimsuits , adjustable thick ribbon halter decent cups and flattering cut around the bottom. They haven't got the new prints out for this year yet but this is one I have

Cheap, colourful and plenty of choice, I don't like the bottoms (never fit properly) so I buy bottoms from Tesco, pick out a colour from the top and buy the bottoms in that colour

You probably need some boobs but doesn’t matter about rest of shape. I’ve worn them at size 18, 10, and 14!

@newyorkbreakfast I was in Next today and they had some gorgeous halternecks, might be worth a look? Some very delicate prints and also some with appliqué type embroidery.

Thanks @FoolOfShips I will have a look. I’ve ordered a bunch of swimsuits from M&S so will see if any of them works out.
