Anyone bought from Unfolded?

Unfolded keeps popping up on various social media sites and a few of their dresses look good for an upcoming holiday 🤔

Can anyone say what the sizing and quality are like? 🤔

I bought a dress and trousers from Vinted which are both really lovely. I've now got two dresses on order. I know that they take ages to come. The company have a Facebook page where people sell on the items they've bought, but don't like or fit, so I'll do that if these dresses are a disappointment.

I have just bought 2 recently. A dani denim mini dress is still on route. The first one is a great fit, 12 long, which is still short, but I'm 5'9 with a long body. It's fine with thick tights and long sleeves at this time of year. I'll happily wear it on its own in the summer.

You can return :

They make it clear they don't want you to but you still can.

From their website

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless the wrong item has been sent or it is deemed to be faulty.

That is a breach of UK law.

Under UK consumer law, online sellers must refund the original postage costs (standard delivery) if a customer cancels within 14 days of receiving the item. However, if the buyer selected a premium, faster delivery option, the seller is only obliged to refund the cost of their standard delivery

Maybe take it up with them!

I have bought one dress. I liked it very much and it fit well. Unfortunately the material was so thin it is only really a summer dress, so I haven't worn it much.

I wouldn't buy from them in the first place so not my fight. I don't like the clothes and the tone of the website puts me off; even more so having read that.

"To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition they were when you received them - this includes the inner bag provided."

I don't think I have ever been able to get an item out of the inner bag without tearing it. Are they going to refuse to process your refund if the bag is damaged? I wish I'd read that before ordering, the more I read of this thread the more I wish I hadn't ordered 🙁

PotatoBreadForTheWin · 07/04/2026 13:34

I am waiting for a return to be processed so we will see!

Both of my dresses have arrived now, really pleased with them both, good quality and fit.

I don’t understanding why they’re advertising new summer dresses only now - you’d be lucky to be able to wear it for a month by the time it arrives.

I ordered something last year. The shipping date they gave was only the start - it was several weeks after that before I received the item. So probably 2 months in total. For me it’s just not worth it, others may be fine with that.

gingercat02 · 25/04/2026 12:15

I ordered mine on 6 March. The green one came a few weeks ago, the denim one on Tuesday. It's not even close to summer in the north. I will need thick tights and long sleeves under them for at least 4-6 weeks.

Clogblog · 25/04/2026 12:23

The fact that they try so heavily to guilt you out of using your statutory right to a refund within 14 days puts me off a lot. It's unethical and they claim to be so ethical

Edited

That was good planning ahead! 😊
my trousers took a lot longer than that last year, I just wouldn’t risk it again for myself.
