Secure hair clip for bun

Wondering if anyone can recommend a strong hair clip for thick long hair please?

Also needs to be comfortable so the ends don’t dig into your head IYKWIM?

Or if you don’t use a clip , what do you use?

I like the spiral clips that you twist in. I use these for my DD for gym and she finds them comfortable.
