Where to find summer wedding guest dresses for fuller bust and smaller hips?

My daughter is looking for a dress for a summer wedding and is having difficultly finding a good fit. Shes 25 and anything that fits her bust is matronly, frumpy and old fashioned and swamps her waist and hips.
She has a 34 F/G bust and a size 10/12 bottom half.
Any ideas where to look?

New Look have some nice, long summer dresses at the moment, in particular their Apricot brand. I've also previously bought a dress that fits my bust and then sewn ribbon ties onto it so you can tighten it at the back and it gives you a waist. It's very frustrating!

Surely she either:

Buys a dress to fit her top half and has it altered to fit her waist and hips.

Or:

Buys separates. She could make an equally stylish outfit with a jacket / top and skirt / trousers.
