Spring midi dress help

I’m looking for a casual midi dress to wear with trainers for girls days out or just weekends when running around with the children. Would prefer not black.
I have white, beige or pink trainers to style it with. Any suggestions
im size 14 and 45

Every single shop will have twenty such dresses. Where have you already looked (online or in person) and what was the problem with all the dresses you’ve seen?

I’m trying to avoid flowers or too heavily patterned - I want too look more fashionable rather than mumsey
