I've tried lots and keep going back to Benefit Hoola. I use the light one in winter and the regular one when I have a tan. They do several shades for different skin tones.

RockyBirdy · 23/03/2026 13:17

Another Benefit Hoola fan here, and depending on the time of year I used both the light and dark.

It blends nicely, and looks natural, more of a cool undertone in both shades, so I don't end up looking like an explosion in a Wotsit factory.

Loose powder bare minerals tap into a compact, add a little ultra glow, put the mesh back in and use a big brush. I mix according to the time of year.

Thanks all for your replies, so there's a right old selection to choose from!

I like Vieve cream bronzer at the moment

And another vote for hoola, although its hoola lite for me

Savonne · 24/03/2026 12:39

Ooh love vieve brand

Instead of bronzer which I find hard to not look like Trump when wearing it I use Charlotte Tilburys Flawless finishing powder in Tan.

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 25/03/2026 21:29

I really want to love the Chanel one - largely because it was ££ - but I can only get on with it in proper high summer. I quite like Refy, and the Glossier Cloud Paints, but my absolute favourite is Merit. (These are all cream not powder though.)

embolass · 25/03/2026 21:48

Bronzer powder by Lacura from ALDI - honestly!

GoldenCupsatHarvestTime · 25/03/2026 21:48

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood works well for me.

TabbieMctatty · 25/03/2026 22:09

I'm using hourglass at the moment and quite like it, nice finish and good staying power.

But I think I prefer my Milani one for colour

Loved the colour of merit but made me look very oily and didn't last more than a couple of hours!

My sister has an estee Lauder one that she swears by

Savonne · 26/03/2026 11:10

Well, I went to Space NK yesterday and got the Vieve

I really want to try the Merit blushes, but the fact that they're all online drives me really mad. Might be in Sephora.?
