Anyone use Minoxidil/Regaine ?

I was looking for any advice on minoxidil please.

I am menopausal and my hair has been shedding for two years. It’s gone really thin all over and I can now see scalp.

Have had bloods done and all was good but for the last year have been taking biotin, iron, vitamin D and a general multi vitamin/mineral. Nothing seems to stop the shedding.

I am considering using minoxidil, not sure what else I can do really.
Feeling really down about it now.

Thank you if you reply.

I take minoxidil tablets through Hair and Me and the difference is incredible, I’ve regrown so much hair

Thank you @CMOTDibbler
Can I ask what hair issues you were facing that made you start the minoxidil, also how long does it take to start working and see results please. ?

I had shedding and my hair had thinned massively. I did the biotin/ vitamins/ pumpkin seed oil things and nothing helped. I saw a difference in 2 months, 5 months in I have so much regrowth it’s untrue

My friend has thinning hair. It’s menopausal and genetic in her case, as her mum had very thin hair past 50. She tried topical minoxidil with no success but is seeing great results with it in tablet form. She gets it prescribed through her trichologist.

Thank you both.

Waiting on trichilody here. Post menopausal female pattern baldness.
Using hair fibres and wigs at the moment or scarves

Hello @LarryStylinson how do you find the hair fibres, would you recommend? Thanks.
