Suggestions for bra buying

So looking for suggestions for best place to buy/get measured for bras. I'm in Glasgow and probably too small in cup for Bravissimo !!

Have you tried measuring yourself?
Measure tightly under bust to get the back size
Measure more loosely around the fullest part of your bust to get the cup size
Each 1 inch difference increases the cup size

1 inch difference = A
2 inch = B
Then its C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, etc
Or look at the Boob or Bust website

Beware John Lewis.

Their bra fittings take place behind a curtain in a unisex communal changing room.

I was left feeling extremely vulnerable at the end of my fitting when I heard a man the other side of my curtain. I couldn't believe I had my breasts exposed in what I believed to have been a female only space.

No signage telling customers that the space is communal.

The partner fitting the bra was outstanding with all her advice and tips. Because she was showing me how to position my breasts and bra post bra on, I now do it daily. My breasts look so much better for it. Plus I'm looking after the breast tissue. This is why I like a expert fitting bras onto me!

So check out store's policies before you book if that's the route you go. I'd never have gone ahead with John Lewis if I knew there would only be a thin curtain separating me and strange men.
