Outfit ideas for senior role in casual male-dominated workplace, size 20

I’ve just started a new job as a quality, health and safety manager. It’s in a male dominated industry but I am part of the senior leadership team. Most staff wear jeans and company polo shirt with trainers including sales staff and management. The MD wears jeans or slim trousers with a shirt.
I wore a shirt blouse on a couple of occasions but I’m a size 20 so quite large,(I am 5ft 6 tall). The shirts either made me look like a whale or I wore a baggy cardigan to cover my 38C chest, I felt very self conscious, and to casual in the cardigans.
Does anyone have any ideas for outfits and online shops to check out?

What do you wear normally? I would look for smarter versions. I am an 18 but shorter than you. I love m&s trousers and jeans but that's because they offer various leg lengths.

For the summer I would look for breathable fabrics. You could probably get away with a nicely fitting tshirt. If your worried about arms being out you could wear those thin mesh tops. With a vest underneath, I have seen some smart ones in next recently.

They’re not your typical stiff/ thick jean fabric because they’re 33% lyocell, which means they fall nicely too.

I would probably wear those with an oversized shirt (linen in the warmer months) and a blazer. M&S will do both. I also like the Sézane Max Shirt. I’d finish it off with a small pair of pearl drop earrings or gold jewellery.
