Wedding guest attire- HELP!!!

I am looking for some ideas of what to wear to my brother's wedding. It's in Scotland in May, formal attire. I am nervous as what to wear. I am 5'2, size 16-18, large bust and large stomach. I would prefer something with short sleeves and not a v-neck as they make me look pregnant. I am in my early 40s but don't want to feel too old.

I am from another country (not UK) so there will be people there from my home country I haven't seen in many many years... And I don't want them to think I've really let myself go (I kind of have after having children 😢).

Dark/emerald greens and pinks suit me. I'm a cool colour palette too I think.

I don't want to spend a fortune as I will probably not wear this again. £100 budget (could stretch slightly higher if absolutely perfect).

I have ZERO fashion sense so I need all the help I can get. Thank you in advance.

I apologise in advance, OP, as this dress is over your budget and does have a high v neck, but I have a similar build and I love Vivienne of Holloway. Her dresses are perfect for your body shape (I am similar), the fabric is good quality and they have a slimming effect.
