Any recommendations for flattering jeans for a delightful combination of c-section apron and peri-tum?

I’d love to find a pair of flattering slim (or just not super wide) jeans to wear in early summer. I am imagining I’ll look straight from a Nancy Myers film- vintage denim, one ankle roll, brown loafers, swishy hair, loose cashmere knit on top.

Sadly most pairs I try on make me look 98% tummy. Any recommendations to help a little, round lady look lovely in jeans? I’m size 12, and could probably also do with a bit of help with how to best wear them (belts, french tucks, that sort of thing.)

I had a C section almost 2 years ago and still struggle with the overhang argh. Also hate the feeling of anything tight on my stomach. The only jeans I wear are either from Ambela (super stretchy and comfy) or sized up barrel jeans from Hush (a bit trendier).

I'm similar and have just bought relaxed straight jeans from Fat Face in petite, but they do them in regular as well - best jeans I've ever bought as they skim my stomach. If I'm doing a french tuck I do it at the side rather than in front as that just highlights my stomach, and I wear them with a variety of narrow belts.

NYDJ. They're not cheap but I've had 2 c sections and have got a horrible overhang. These are my go to jeans, and they wash/last brilliantly. They come in so many different styles, and have an inner tummy control section that is comfy but works.
