What perfume are you wearing now?

I loved ck one back in the day but stopped wearing perfume when I had kids. Would love a nice fresh scent but perfumes these days all seem so heavy. Any recommendations?

It can be, saw at the perfume shop 30ml is £56 (though they are particularly expensive!), I’m looking for other websites as would love some.

I think I wore CK one because it was trendy, rather than because I liked it - I can’t remember what it smelt like and don’t think I’d recognise it on someone else - how embarrassing!

Now I have a Ffern subscription and also regularly wear Molton Brown Rose Dunes and L’occitane Orchid and Neroli, Diptyque Philosykos and Jo Malone Neroli and Basil.

Edited to add - I just looked up CK one and think I’d really like it based on the description - I wonder whether I’d instantly recognise it!

I wish they still did Truth - I LOVED that perfume! It was so nice. CKone is great, my Dd wears it and I am instantly transported back to 1995, aged 19, wearing Gap clothes and obsessed with wanting to be Rachel from Friends. I love it!

I didn't wear CKone in the 90s, although I remember smelling it a lot! I wear Inis now, which is light, fresh and unisex so it might tick your boxes?

Used it all the time back in the day, didn't wear it for years but bought a bottle at Christmas and now wear it everyday.

I’m 53 and still wear CK One!

I still wear CK One. Also Jo Malone Lime Basil and Mandarin, but also some more floral perfumes now too.

Me too, sometimes Chloe Nomade for evenings.
Prefer Sel d’Issey but still somehow conditioned against “men’s toiletries”.

Yes, I loved CK one in the 90s,so unfussy and fresh - and i found some in one of those cut price cosmetic shops recently, treated myself and it still smells just as wonderful, very happy.

Life us too short not to have the things you absolutely love - tell people which perfume to buy for you - or not to buy you perfume and buy it for yourself, and get exactly the right one! I also buy myself fresh flowers and posh chocolates when the mood strikes, no need to wait for someone else to buy us what we crave. And smoked salmon in LIDL and eat the whole packet occasionally.

I loved CK One, oh the nostalgia.

my perfume is Tocca cleopatra. I have been getting asked regularly for 10 years what scent I am wearing and have had to write it down for folk on countless occasions. You HAVE to put a tested on your clothes and hair and leave it for an hour, it develops in the most amazing way and you can smell it for days after. My 5 year old son recently said “Mummy please smell like this forever” 💕

Loved CK One back in the 90s! Currently wearing Clarins' Eau Extraordinaire (green one), also like the (blue) Eau Ressourçante. Not proper perfumes, so they don't have much staying power but both light fresh scents. Used to like L'eau d'Issey as well, and Gucci Envy.
