Wedding in the US

Going to a wedding in America in May. Church ceremony and reception into the evening at a hotel.
I understand that long dresses are generally expected. HELP needed.
I need a long dress with half or long sleeves. Dressy enough for the evening, but not over the top!
Budget up £120
does such a thing exist?

Varies a lot by region too, try to get suggestions from others attending. Where I lived people did not wear evening dress, if anything people dressed down. A 3/4 length dress you actually will wear again is fine, shoulders covered (wrap or jacket possibly) if it’s a strict Catholic Church or some other denominations.

That’s like saying you’re going to Europe for a wedding

I should add that whatever dress I get needs not toned up a creased up mess after t4avelling

You need something easy to pack that won’t crease.

A tea dress would probsbly works. If it’s a conservative area where cardigan or jacket so arms are covered.

I don’t think a traditional church wedding would need a full length gown. What does the invite say for dress code , which religion and which state?
