Teeth whitener

Could anyone recommend an at home teeth whitener that works? I’ve drunk my tea black for years and I feel like my teeth are quite dark.

Would at home systems work or should I go to the dentist and pay for professional whitening?

Boutique whitening kit from the dentist was the best thing I ever did! No toothpastes or off the shelf whiteners will work. It needs to have a good % of peroxide in to work. Was totally worth the money for me!

Yes I got the proper moulds custom made by my dentist and then stock up on the whitening gel at my six monthly cleans. It works beautifully.
