Colourful Linen

Morning! Never posted on S&B before!
I'm mid 50's, roughly size 18, looking for some colorful linen trousers and a floaty top for a summer birthday party. Plain trousers and patterned top , or patterned trousers and plain top, but nothing matching! Obviously the colours have to match, but what I mean is , not a suit, iyswim!
I hate being hot and linen is my favourite fabric. I hate anything synthetic.
I have maybe a John Lewis budget!
I will be wearing sandals.
Any ideas, anyone, please? Everything seems to have been navy and white the last few years.

I would try Boden or possibly Aspiga, both tend to have linen or good cotton.

Someone on here recommended Oysho for linen the other day. They have some gorgeous cobalt and emerald green linen wide leg trousers that i was tempted by but then was not sure about their sizing - it's s, m, l, xl rather than 10, 12 etc. and as the model is wearing a medium I suspect even the XL might be too small for me (similar size to you).

Next online have loads, not just their own make.
