Any hacks for making breasts look bigger?

I have a small chest 34b i hardly ever wear low cut tops but i brought a halter top which sits quite low but I wanted abit of a cleavage. I brought boomba inserts but they did nothing at all..I also brought a push up strapless bra as i cant wear straps due to the halter but it gives me a funny shape from the side. Anyone have any hacks at all?

Get a multi way bra that you can wear straps halter style, it'll hold them up higher to improve cleavage. Strapless bra is never going to help.

I was thinking this the other day as mine are a bit sad after losing 5 stone. You can still get chicken fillets by all accounts, I thought they were phased out back in the 80s but apparently not.

Oh sorry I see you tried those. I find a good padded balconette bra works best but you cant engance what you dont have really. Not without cosmetic surgery.

Get some bronze and brush a line down between your boobs then on the fullest part put some highlighter. It gives the illusion of bigger boobs.

Can I be the first to suggest you measure yourself again? A better fitting bra might he'll a lot - a smaller band and bigger cup size could be worth trying. Don’t do the “plus 4 inches” measurement advice.
