My face needs help!

I’m nearly 47 and over the last year my face has sagged so much, I now need more help than skincare can give me.

Ideally in a few years I’d like a mini facelift so for now I can have Botox but does that help saggy jowls and a downturned mouth? A course of Caci facials? Or anything else someone can suggest!

Alternatively I can save my money and put it into my face lift fund which at the moment stands at zero!

Botox alone won't do much for jowls and a downturned mouth since those are volume and structural issues rather than muscle movement issues, so if you want something that genuinely addresses sagging without surgery the treatments with the most evidence behind them for that specific concern are thread lifts or filler placed strategically along the jawline and around the mouth corners, and a good aesthetic practitioner consultation rather than a specific treatment would be the most useful first step since they can assess whether your concern is more about volume loss, skin laxity, or muscle descent which completely changes what approach makes sense.
