Please help me find a minimiser bra

I'm a 36G, apple shape, and I've just hit peri-menopause so my top half is sadly getting bigger.
I'm trying to find a minimiser bra as my boobs make me look huge, but I need enough material/light padding to cover nippleage.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Everything I see is thin material so no good for me.

I can recommend the M&S ones. Brilliant.

Sports bras work well. I like the Shock Absorber D+ range.

Ohh I hadn't thought of that. I will have a look! Thank you.

I'll post a link. They really work in terms of reducing size.

Cotton rich, very comfortable.

I love my M&S minimisers. I have three of them. They do a great job whilst looking like a normal bra, not like a straight jacket.

I bought the M&S one on the strength of the recommendation on here and I just felt huge in it. It was returned. I think sports bras are a good shout but would it be too much to ask for something pretty for larger women? I’m still looking…

I was just going to recommend this bra too! I wear mine when I want to look smaller and neater in the boob area. Like OP, I'm an apple shape.

I agree, and they definitely minimise effectively.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I've tried them all! Thought I'd give some feedback in case anyone else is looking:
The Shock Absorber D+ is an amazing sports bra so I've kept that one. The cup shape is a bit too structured for day-to-day though, I prefer them less pointy!
The M&S cotton rich minimisers were awful. They flattened my boobs but spread them apart so accentuated my wideness. The material is also not thick enough to hide pokey nipples.
The Fantasie one's material is also very thin, so no good for me.
I have bought this M&S Invisiblesâ„¢ Wired Minimiser Bra (C-H) | Body by M&S | M&S www.marksandspencer.com/body-invisibles-wired-minimiser-bra-c-h-/p/clp60783785 Body Invisibles Minimiser Bra. It gives a better shape and the material is slightly thicker, although I continue my hunt for one with thick enough material to completely hide the nips.
