A really useful reel from a beauty creator came up on my insta, but I didn’t follow or save and of course now I can’t find her again.
She was Irish, probably thirties, with blonde hair and strikingly bright blue eyes. I don’t know if she’s a professional MUA or a beauty influencer but she was giving a detailed tutorial on using eyeshadow instead of eyeliner as a softer way to define the eyes. Googling isn’t helping. Really hoping the collective wisdom of S&B can! Thank you.
