NMN supplement recommendation?

Has anyone used this and seen improvement in their skin, energy and hair? I'm constantly knackered, my skin is dull (I do take collagen), achy joints and my hair is turning white! I am struggling to motivate myself to do anything or go to the gym! I'm already taking vit D, tumeric and collagen.

Yes, yes, yes.

My husband and I both take NMN, from Viva, (but I don’t t know if they’re better or worse than any other provider). 6 months or so in, we have both noticed hair that was grey is now back to it’s original colour. My husband has jet black hair so the few greys he had were really noticeable; his beard more so. Now he has barely any. I am much more grey than he is, but I can really notice the improvement. We both feel it’s really enhanced our energy levels too.

Yes. I take whatever brand is on offer at the time of buying at Boots!

I kept a diary to check at first because it is quite an expensive addition, but I definitely feel an improvement in energy. I have ADHD and feel it helps with focus a little (I don't want ritalin etc). Also on cyclical HRT and find NMN slightly mitigates the drowsiness from the progesterone part. All these effects are subtle but very worth it for me.

The reason I started it was hair loss. I tend to shed an alarming amount of hair once or twice a year, ever since I had a period of anaemia a decade ago. The NMN stopped the last bout of shedding early after 2 weeks of taking it. I'll have to see if it prevents shedding starting this year or not. No effect on greys, sadly. But I am on a low dose.

Name changed as I think I've yapped about this to enough friends!

Yes, I use vivanmn as well. I can't explain the energy it has given me and my face feels much lifted and firmer too. DH has recently started taking it and I'm noticing his energy is increasing now too

I didn’t know you could buy it in Boots.

I’ve been taking it about six months. My hair is thicker than it used to be but I don’t know if that’s nmn or collagen related.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is the lack of afternoon slump. My energy levels remain stable all day. I’ve always had bad insomnia and unfortunately it hasn’t noticeably increased the amount of sleep I get but the sleep I get is definitely higher quality and more restful.
