Short fringe

For those of you with a short fringe (above eyebrow) how often do you wash it? How regularly do you trim? Do you ever pin it back?

I've had my first fringe cut in 25 years or something. The rest of my hair is long, my fringe is maybe an inch above the eyebrow and blunt.

Hints and tips!

I usually just wash my hair twice a week. Sometimes I will wash my fringe in between if it needs it but not all the time.
I trim it when it goes over my eyebrows.
I don’t ever pin it back

I used to was and blow mine everyday without necessarily washing the rest of my hair.

Invested in some decent hair scissors for regular trims

I wash my hair every other day, it is quite fine and my fringe is definitely looking rough by the third day. I sometimes use dry shampoo in between.

I probably get a haircut every 3 months and cut my fringe myself once or twice in between. I never pin it back, wouldn’t suit me. If it’s growing too long and I haven’t time to trim I sweep it to the side.

I never cut my own. I’ve got a short bob anyway so I go to the hairdresser around every eight weeks.

If I’m not washing my hair I just wet my fringe and blow dry it and maybe use a bit of dry shampoo.

I have a short blunt fringe with a short blunt bob - wash and dry the whole head every day. I look unhinged after sleeping on it! I get it cut every four weeks, partly because I have an undercut which grows out quickly, and partly because I look after the salon’s social media so the owner cuts it free.
