Copenhagen Late March

Looking for chic and layerable outfit ideas for a short break in very cold and potentially wet weather.

Itinerary will involve a lot of walking so flats are a must. I admit I've been living in mostly Ugg type footwear this winter to keep my toes alive! Are smart fur lined boots a thing?!

Have a couple of pieces I'd like to work with - camel duffle coat and navy bootcut denims.

We will also be visiting cafes so peeling off outer garments.

No set budget. Thanks all.

We were there a year ago so a bit earlier, it was really really cold! Hopefully March will be a little bit warmer - I'd suggest layers and maybe sheepskin boot liners so you've got some options.

I have family in Copenhagen and am there a lot. It’s been a cold winter and it will be chilly - single figures - but it’s unlikely to be below freezing in late March unless you are unlucky! Copenhagen is on the same latitude as Newcastle so if it would be OK to wear in NE England then you will be good to go.

Having lived there one thing to know is whilst it can be pretty cold out it’s often quite sunny too - however indoors in places can be really ‘hot’ - they do like their places warm and candles etc - even in daytime- so my go to was always thinner top or dress plus leggings, hoody , plus coat -

Places on the same latitude don’t automatically have the same climate!!!

No, they don't, but in this case Newcastle and Copenhagen are influenced by the same Atlantic conditions so they tend to be pretty similar within a couple of degrees. It's just a rule of thumb which might be helpful to the OP!

I was in Copenhagen once in April. It was lodging weather with sunshine and rain. Not that cold.
