Help with fitted dress, fat middle!

I am going to a summer wedding, family member. My favourite style is slightly 50's. Trouble is I have out weight on my middle so 10 top but more like a 14 waist! I have lost 6lb but my waist isn't changing. Does a dress like the below exist but with an elasticated waist at the back or all round please? I just want something with a fullish skirt.
I feel so dejected to not be able to choose what I like.

There are quite a few occasion elasticated waist dresses on ASOS. Lots in the sale tho so not sure what sizing is available
