Wolf cut on fine hair?

Opinion seems to be split when I have googled but the best ones I have seen have been on the thickest hair.

My hair is very fine and straight. I love the look but suspect it would need a lot of styling and products to make it look right and I cant commit to that, suspect I would end up looking like a second rate Suzi Quatro tribute act!

Forgot to actually ask what I want to know.....can it work on fine hair without a super intensive styling regime?

I think your instincts may be right. The best person to ask is a really honest hairdresser though.

Yeah thats the issue. Of the two I have asked both said something along the lines of "Oh we could make it work" which isnt terribly reassuring and makes me think that its a no no!

So I remember it first time around. Your instincts are correct, to maintain it, you need to be good with the styling, or it looks like a bad mullet.

I love a wolf cut too. I have very straight, quite fine hair, although a lot of it. My hairdresser advised against it

Thank you for confirming what I already knew! My hair is so crap haha!

@Dearg I am 52 and "crap mullet" is how I think of Suzi's hair back in the day!

Can anyone recommend alternatives? I have "top of boob" length hair!

I have a wolf cut and its so easy! I have fine hair too.

Johnnys Chop Shop do a texturising spray that helps. I also do overnight curls as it looks better messy 😊
