Struggling with new work wardrobe please take pity!

So I've recently moved into a new job, it's kind of somewhere between quite corporate and casual, but my previous jobs have been very different and I went to work in leggings and a hoodie most days.

I see clothes I like on other people but I just can't work out how to dress my body to look good in these types of clothes as it's already out of my comfort zone and after having a child my body changed a lot and I'm definitely still adapting to a new shape! I've big boobs, a belly with a bit of overhang post section and carry weight in my arms so normal shirts/blazers/blouses unless they're a loose sleeve style never fit. With my belly I don't feel like I can do a 'tuck' if I wear trousers or it dips in at the waistband and accentuates the mum tum.

So a lot of the time I find I'm wearing dresses and tights but I really want to branch out to something more comfortable involving trousers or a skirt and ideally a work appropriate trainer/flat as I'm on the go all day. I also am sitting/ driving a lot so need things that won't crease as easily as dresses tend to. I'm not the best at organising my mornings so ideally I just want a capsule wardrobe I can pull from quick and easy in the mornings (and even more ideally if it didn't involve lots of ironing as I hate it!)

My colleagues are all younger, slim and very cool and on trend and I'm just feeling like I don't quite fit style wise!

Please help!

Also just to add I used to wear kind of Boho/retro/vintage inspired clothes before I had my wee one so would love to find that part of me again somehow.

I came on here to get ideas for work wear as my wardrobe is so outdated. Watching for respondes with interest.
