Where can I find calf length socks - without resorting to the men’s department?

I usually buy my socks from M&S men’s department, but I’m getting bored of the dark colours.

I find women’s ankle socks far too low and the knee highs far too high!

Do proper women’s calf height socks exist?!

Next do some very colourful men's socks down to a size 6-8 or something

I recently swapped to men’s socks and its a revelation!
Have you tried kids socks? They go up to quite big sizes in Next

Another men's department sock shopper here. Mine are from M&S but I agree about the dark colours.

Crew socks are probably the most popular style at the minute, how on earth are you struggling to find anything between ankle and knee high in the women’s department??

Oops - another vote for Uniqlo. Lovely range of colours and great quality.

They have longer ones in Seasalt if you like bamboo socks.

I have some M&S socks, the pack of 5 type. I buy 6-8 which seem to fit well although am a size 5, the 3-5 is a bit small. They don't stay put - they do more than fall down, they rumple under my foot.

Any ideas for comfy socks that stay put are welcome.

J.Alex Swift do lovely quality socks in various lengths. Long wool socks are a winter game changer.

I had never heard of crew socks before yesterday! I have ordered some from
M&S so will see how they are!

Bridgedale socks

Muji men's socks - they have some slightly bright colours, like dark red or green.

I also find them way too short but when I borrow Dh’s they don’t fit as I’m only a size 5. It’s very annoying!
