I have seen a couple of nice pieces but I wonder if the brand is worth the price and lasts? Has anyone got anything from them? It’s a bangle and necklace that I have seen.

I got a necklace with my kids initials on and as there was a promotion / Black Friday sales on at the time I also got a free bracelet (apparently worth £50).
The necklace is nice enough, but I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for it. The bracelet was very pretty but broke the other day after only a couple of months of wear.
I also had an issue where they sent me the wrong item and then a bit of a faff trying to get the right one sent to me (a different necklace), so I eventually cancelled that order.
Although I do like my personalised necklace I wouldn’t personally order from them again.

I don’t own anything from there only because I’ve liked the look of a few pieces but the actual materials tend to be cheap compared to the price of the jewellery - a lot is just coated brass or stainless steel. I think they do some silver pieces so it possibly depends exactly what you go for.

I like the jewellery from there but it doesn’t last. I’ve had 5 bracelets from there and 4 have broken in one way or another. My friend is also on her third. They replace them if they break within two years, but I reached a point where it wasn’t worth keep replacing. I just have a graveyard of defective bracelets.

Either the personalised gems/letters fell off, or the clasp had broken. I replaced mine twice, and my mum’s once. My mum’s replacement is still going okay.

Always look at the reviews of the store you are buying from if in doubt, this is what i do.

Not sounding great. I am glad I asked. Thank you all.
