Help me feel good - MOB outfit needed

My DD is getting married in the summer and I need to find an outfit. I don't feel great about myself and I need you knowledgeable ladies to sort me out an outfit, please.

Here's the mission:

I'm 5'3", size 12 but feel plump.
Want to avoid high street so I don't run risk of matching a guest.
Vibe is fairly casual so no hat needed.
I'm thinking dress, patterned (in case of spills) with short sleeves.
I like my boobs, hate my tummy, hips, bum and pretty much everything else 😥
I would avoid anything too fitted, so no shift dresses.
Need to avoid black, white, pink and red. My favourite colours are blue and green.
Budget up to £1000

@waltzingparrot that's a good start but I think I'd prefer a bit longer. My knees aren't great either....
