Best cosmetic pencil sharpener

Looking for recommendations for the best pencil sharpeners for eye liner/lip liner. My previous ones from high street brands have all been rubbish and ruin the pencils.

Charlotte Tilbury do a double one eg standard and large size in one sharpener.
I like these as they are versatile.
