Claudia's red gloves (Traitors)

I'm going to a fancy dress party in a few weeks, which is not my natural habitat, and I'm going to go as Claudia, Traitors-style. Mainly because I already own a lot of clothes which will work, and any excuse to buy a cape.

But I'm having real trouble with the gloves - back when the first series came out there were lots of articles about Claudia's clothes and links to the actual gloves (reasonably priced, Amazon), but they don't seem to be available in red any more.

There are loads of red fingerless gloves around but they all seem to be plastic (my hands feel sweaty just thinking about it) or have weird heart-shaped cut outs in the back.

I'll be honest: if I got a decent pair I'd wear them again... So happy to be pointed at proper leather which might be a bit pricier.

Any ideas?

I thought maybe Dents but their red fingerless gloves are driving gloves with cutouts on the back.

The cut-out is at least not heart-shaped though, so that's in their favour. Although I think perhaps less likely to wear that style again so maybe a bit pricey but I'll check vinted again!

Could you get gloves with full finger length and cut them down? Leather won't fray.

I'm considering this - there are currently two pairs of fingerless red leather gloves on eBay - one £38, which is I think a bit more than I'd like to pay, and a Chanel pair for nearly 600 quid!
