Iām getting served loads of ads on face yoga courses to eradicate double chin and turkey neck (trying not to be insulted by the algorithm š)
I would do it if I knew it worked- but Iām worried that I could just be stretching my skin and making myself more wrinkly.
interested to hear if anyone has tried it or recommends it.
im 46 and seem to have aged horribly over the last 3 years. My skin is so saggy now so I really want to do something proactive about it.
