Patience Denim Jacket

I have been trying to find the denim jacket that Patience wears in the C4 programme - she has various different colours and is a crop fitted jacket. I know there is an obvious way of doing this and I have googled a lot but I just can’t work it out - can anyone help please!?

This search returns lots of similar looking jackets in various colours
