Root lift product that feels nice

I’ve used a root lift powder before, that has been very effective, but leaves my hair feeling so dry and tangly near the head, I don’t like the feeling. Is there a serum or spray that will give me volume but still let me run my fingers through my hair? Or is that impossible?

Anyone?

I came across Tigi Root Boost in home bargains and thought I'd give it a go for the price - it is actually better than my Colour Wow root lift product and even full price (mine was £3.99 from HB) its more than half the price.

I also use Root Boost but I wouldn't say it makes my hair feel nice although it does work. I think you are looking for a bit of a unicorn as anything tacky enough to give you volume won't feel that great

I like the Living Proof spray but it’s unbelievably expensive. Batiste can work well too.

Have you tried root lift clips? Put them in, spray with setting spray, warm gently with hairdryer, let them cool and remove, great volume

I like the John Frieda volume lift root booster. Apply after washing before dry. I have shoulder length, flat as a pancake hair and this makes a difference but not stiff.

I quite like the Color Wow Raise the Root 👍
