Shopping in Lisbon

Hello, I'm heading to Lisbon for six nights in May. I'm looking for a new leather handbag, cross body, medium sized. Do you have any recommendations please? I've got visions of stumbling upon a little artisan shop but realise that's delusional!
Budget £200-400. Haven't had a nice bag since I got my first grad job and treated myself.
Are there any other not-to-be-missed shops? I've recently lost a shed load of weight and need to replace an entire wardrobe. I'm mixing Zara/Primark bargains with more expensive investments now I'm at a weight I'm happy with.
I love Sezanne but talk myself out of buying very much. DH is very encouraging of spending a bit of money on myself but I find it quite hard. Hoping the freedom of being on hols will loosen me up a bit!

Shopping for clothes on holiday is a total nightmare, the sizes are all different and you can't take things back.
You can get lovely ceramics in Lisbon, would deffo go for those instead.
