Summer work shoes with arch support

I am looking for summer shoes/sandals for work which have decent arch support (have flat feet and plantar fasciitis) and wonder if anyone has come across any that fit this criteria please:

Low heel (not flat)

Semi-smart/casual is fine as I work in a school behind the scenes.

Not Fit Flop brand as I already wear them so I am looking for new brands to try.

Budget up to £100

Hotter will have something suitable.

I experiment a bit with arch support insoles and take the original shoe insole out. It’s a bit of trial and error, but I have managed to find ballet style shoes & loafers from M&S, Next and other high st brands that work. The trick is not to buy anything with completely flat soles. I also usually need a half size up and choose styles where the back isn’t too low (otherwise I find my heel lifts out).

If you don’t need closed toes, fit flops are really supportive.

The ultimate arch support is Strive IMO. I live in their sandals in summer.

I have similar issues and really get on with the Scholl Bioprint range. Some of the sandal styles have Velcro adjustment across the instep which is really helpful if you're prone to getting swollen feet in the heat. I am on my feet all day at work and have worn their Lusaka sandals for years, but also have Zafirah and Monterey.
