I love my various coloured wide leg linen trousers and literally live in them from about April - October but just can't find something for winter that is as versatile and comfortable. I've got yoga pants for when I'm not going anywhere but they definitely aren't smart enough to go out when I tend to opt for jeans but have never found a style I love enough to wear all the time.
I've tried so many wide leg side trousers I'm losing the will the live but they are either too tight round the bum/thigh (classic pear), too short or just look like loungewear. Is there a Holy Grail of winter wide leg trouser I'm missing? I'm size 12/14, 5ft 7 - for size guide would wear M&S or Next 12L but 14 in other less generous shops. Hoping for both navy & black to wear with jumpers, shirts, camis, t shirts etc
