Skims - can anyone advise on sizing

I am a uk size 14 - what size skims should i buy? I'm interested in the body suits

I am a small UK size 10 in most sizes (and a Medium in Zara), and I wear an S in Skims body suits. It gives good, firm shaping without actually constricting blood flow!

I am now interested in the balconette bra - it looks like it might lift and smooth without adding volume? (My holy grail for bras!)
