Petite Holiday Clothes

I'm currently looking for summer clothes as I'm going away soon. Obviously not much in the shops at the moment and I'm keeping my eye on Vinted. But I'm 5ft so generally am limited to petite ranges. I'm not skinny but not fat - more muscular and carrying a little on my hips/thighs (size 8/10). I can't wear anything with a big pattern or too flouncy. I'd really like some casual dresses - midi or maxi but don't look like they're drowning me. But anything really for my holiday wardrobe. Where do you petite ladies shop?

Try the clearance section of next they often have a reasonable range of petite clothes and do out of season bits.
I got a few summer dresses from pixie girl (think that's the name) in about November on sale for £10-15 so they might have some bits.
Landsend often sell out of season too however depends on the sizing (I'm a size 6 and their smallest size is too big in lots of styles -but I like their petite coats).

You sound about the same size as me. I like the linen dresses from Next although I did pick one up from Matalan the other day.

You are the same height and size as me and like you, I don’t tend to wear big patterns, flouncy or anything that drowns my frame.

I’ve bought trousers from Pixie Girl as they do a 27” inside leg and my dresses are mostly from Next as their petite fits really well. I also sometimes buy from places like New Look if they have a nice mini length dress as it’ll be knee length on me.

I didn’t realise Next did a clearance section, I’ll take a look.

Thanks for the responses. I've got a few things from Pixiegirl in the past which fit OK although the quality/material isn't great. Will take a look at Next and Matalan's petite ranges online and hope they will have some summer stuff in soon.

I’m not sure the one from Matalan was actually petite but it seems to fit.

Seasalt do some lovely cotton summer dresses in petite. I get mine from their eBay outlet. I live in them on holiday.

River Island do petite and have a holiday range, I think ASOS do too. I
keep getting RI petite holiday items suggested for me on Vinted.

I like River island petite and new look. Asos have petite too. I’d usually look on vinted but I’m after several bits and want to be able to return whatever doesn’t fit/ I don’t like.

I’m away in February. So I’ve ordered a handful of things from Shein, they have a lot of choice in petite sizes. It’s hit and miss though, sometimes the quality isn’t great sometimes it’s fine.
