Profhilo

Hello!

Well, I'm on a journey now to put myself first, everything I have neglected or not been 'allowed' to spend money on.

Part of that is skincare and treatments. I've been to a local place, highly reviewed, and had a consultation. I bought some skincare which has been lovely. They also recommended Profhilo. It sounds great, the images online I've seen look good, but does anyone here have any real-world experience? I have mildly crepey, dehydrated skin, so not awful and I'm not expecting to look 18!

Thank you!

I’ve had it a couple of times and also tried lumi eyes and not noticed that it made any significant difference. Microneedling was the game changer for me. I also messed around with collagen and serums and found results more noticeable than with skin boosters but I know some people really like them.

I've had Profhilo several times: it has a subtle effect and is hard to see for yourself because it works so gradually. However, a friend once commented on how amazing my skin looked a couple of weeks after having it, so I continue having it every so often.

Mmmm had it a few times and don't rate it.

Second the lady who said skin needling, game changer. Specifically SkinPen

Please please don’t waste your money! I’ve had profhilo a few times and looked great at first but wears off so quickly! Save your money! Wish I had 😭

How does it compare to Botox? I was recommended having profhilo a few weeks following Botox

I’ve had Profhilo a handful of times, gave me a slightly more plumped look to my face for a couple of weeks. Great for an event, but not major value for money.

I’ve just started my Neogen Plasma journey (one treatment so far) waiting to see if this offers more long term rejuvenation and makes a different to my skin!

For me it’s Microneedling all the way.

It doesn’t. Botox inhibits wrinkles, profilho is supposed to improve your skin texture, give you a glow etc.

Thanks, all, I appreciate the replies.

I've read such mixed things about it, I'm not sure whether to try it once and see, or just to go with the skincare for a couple of months, first...

Lot's of consideration..
