Wearing heels …

for the first time in years. I bought beautiful mid heel shoes for a smart wedding but I seem to have developed two club feet since lockdown and can’t walk in them without clumping! Any tips that I can practice before the big day?

I didn't wear heels for years as I was waiting for orthopaedic surgery but now its all done they were really awkward at first as you say club feet 😁
Practice makes perfect. I've worn them everyday for a while and I can do it now but there is a height limit.

Not about the clomping, but my advice would be to get some comfy gel insoles. Last time I wore some quite low heels to a wedding after not wearing any for years I could barely walk from sore feet.

Clump away! And have a great day 😊

Gel insoles and wearing wide fit shoes helps me wear high heels as they don't pinch at the front due to the slightly wider fit.

I can't tolerate heels anymore. My arches ache like mad if I wear them. I wore heels to a wedding and then changed into flats!
