Evri Delay

I ordered from MandM
On evri tracking is been at the same status since Saturday
'update on your parcel. We're sorry your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know when it's out for delivery.'
But it's been like that since Saturday!

When should I start to worry? Surely it should have changed by now?
I can't even see a phone number for MandM either!

Evri are the worst delivery service. I got one of these last week, didn’t hear anything until the morning of the delivery which was 3 days after the original delivery date. And they don’t honor 2 day delivery even if it’s paid for.

That usually happens to me. Sometimes the company you bought from can chase it up if you follow up with them.

I now buy everything on next day delivery if it’s with Evri knowing full well I’ll be able to claim the delivery fee back when it fails to arrive in time. I haven’t paid delivery for a long time! I’m amazed so many companies still use them.

Evri are the worst. In my experience they’ll bring it when they feel like it.

My local Evri send a photo of blackness and say they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful - even though we have been in all day.

Same problem and my order is from MandM as well...
Evri tracking shows it has been delivered to my preferred ParcelShop to collect although I did not receive an email to say to come and collect. I went to the shop anyway but as expected they didn't have it.
Evri tracking says it was delivered to the shop at 1945 on Monday but the shop isn't even open at that time.
MandM used to be great, but now their stupid chat bot doesn't even recognise click and collect or Parcel Shop.......

Honestly, you don't really need to worry. Worst that can happen is that they lost your parcel. But the retailer then needs to give you your money back (or send another parcel out) and Evri will refund them in turn.

I sell on eBay and use Evri a lot and, contrary to popular belief, the vast majority of the time they're totally fine. I only had 2 issues the whole of last year, both of which were solved quickly.

So don't worry. It's annoying, but you won't have lost your money.

I went on their useless chatbot this afternoon and as useless as it is (doesn't recognise 'ParcelShop' or 'click and collect' etc., it said that someone would contact me by email.
MandM Customer Services emailed me about half hour ago to tell me that the parcel had been delivered to a ParcelShop as requested.
I replied to say, 'No, it bloody hasn't. That's the whole point of me contacting you!'
Waiting to hear from them again...

I’ve got 7 things coming from Vinted, all with Evri delay combined with ‘if you don’t pick it up from the parcelshop before X date it will be returned to sender (and I will have paid for postage)’

how can I pick up invisible items 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

evri are fine! Use the customer service team and they will get on it for you. I had similar and they were incredibly helpful

they’re not useless at all.

the only issue I have is that I get a slot that says something like 17.00 - 18.00 and it turns up at lunchtime

How do I get a person? When I rang evri it was automated. Asked me to put in my order number. I did and it repeated back a completely different order number to me and said it was with the sender still (so not mine anyway!) then it cut me off

After 3 emails to MandM I woke up to an email from Evri saying, 'Sorry, your MandM parcel is delayed...' and that they've been told to return it to sender and it will then be despatched again.

I live in hope...!

I've done the 'chat' which isn't a chat with MandM and it said I'd get an email from them so waiting for an email now...

Had email from MandM yesterday saying they'll try to get in touch with the courier. If they can't find the order they'll refund me. If they do find it, they'll ask them to deliver it straightaway. If I don't hear from them in 5 days, check my bank for my refund.

Then I get an email today from MandM saying sorry for your missing parcel your order has been reimbursed in full!!
So it's gone missing?!

I really wanted to coat
Now I don't know whether to order it again or not
They didn't give me the option of sending me another one out!

Very similar to what I'm getting. Had another email from mandm today saying they're tracking it with Evri, whatever that is supposed to mean.

Had an email from MandM saying to look out for a refund!
Pissed off as I've paid for a years unlimited deliveries. What's the point of having unlimited deliveries if they can't/won't deliver?!

I had the same problem with Evri / M&S, tracking was not updating. In the end I just cancelled and ordered a new item the exact same and it came in 2 days 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm waiting for the refund to come and then I'm going to order it again (if they've still got the size in!) as I do really want the coat

I'd rather them just send another coat rather than a refund!
